Meet Gail



Gail Mumford

Recruitment Consultant

Since completing her degree in Psychology, she has 
been working in recruitment, a field that aligns 
perfectly with her passion for working with people.
She finds great fulfillment in helping individuals secure 
employment and witnessing the positive impact it 
has on their lives.

In her current role as a Recruitment Consultant within 
The Employment Group, she has successfully managed and 
scaled two of our major accounts. Gail has  played a key role 
in driving the onboarding process, placing candidates in 
suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to our 
clients in meeting their recruitment needs.

In her spare time, Gail enjoys staying active at the gym, 
taking her dogs out for walks, or enjoying a cheeky 
glass of wine at the local pub.
