Emilia is a fantastic and experienced addition to our 
team. Her role as Operations Manager will oversee the 
team and all things Operational.

Emilia is a confident and self motivated Operations Manager 
with years of experience within the recruitment industry. 

Her mantra in business is “never overpromise and underdeliver.” 
I like to build partnerships with everyone I work-whether they 
are clients or staff members-2 people will always achieve 
more than one alone! 

Her strengths are to always try to lead by example 
and motivate her team.
