Group, joining us as a Recruitment Consultant in March 
2025. She brings a wealth of experience in the recruitment 
industry, along with a strong background in customer 
service and administration.

Originally from overseas, Cameila moved to the United 
Kingdom nearly ten years ago and has since built an 
impressive career across multiple sectors, including 
Administration, Retail, and Recruitment. With over three 
years of dedicated customer service experience, she has 
developed a keen ability to connect with people, understand 
their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

At The Employment Group, Cameila plays a crucial role in 
supporting both candidates and clients, helping job 
seekers find the right opportunities while assisting 
businesses in fulfilling their staffing requirements. 
Her passion for recruitment and commitment to delivering 
exceptional service make her a valuable addition to our team.

Outside of work, Cameila is an outdoors enthusiast 
who enjoys spending time with her family and traveling 
whenever she gets the chance. Whether exploring new 
places or simply enjoying nature, she values making 
meaningful memories with loved ones.
