Meet Darren


Darren Cole

Recruitment Consultant

Darren joined the team at the start of November 2023 
as a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant. Having 
worked in the industry for 2+ years and become a 
qualified REC Member, Darren comes with a wealth of 
experience not only in recruitment but also sales, 
business development and customer experience. 

With a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, 
he plays a vital part in our mission to find the right 
candidates for our clients and the right positions for our 
job seekers. 

Outside of work, Darren is a family man, cherishing moments 
with his 3 children. Any spare time Darren gets, you will 
either find him on the Football Pitch, using his FA Football 
Coach qualification to help teach others or sitting behind 
a drum kit, working on a new found hobby of his.
